Vietnam is a mess of a country. North and south is still at each other throats. It's consist of 54 ethnic groups but deny the Khmer-Krom who is the native of south Vietnam basic human rights. Deny the Cham in Central Vietnam of basic human rights. Deny the Degar aka Montangard peoples of basic human rights. Vietnam will implode as a country if the continued abuse of the native peoples of those lands.
