The World Health Organization published a list of top 20 most polluted cities in the world recently. None of the Chinese cities made the list. Half of the cities on that list are in India. The largest democracy in the world apparently has not helped the west media to glorify democracy in this regard especially when one takes into account the fact that India's GDP is only a quarter of China's GDP.
