In China these bullet trains run almost empty as cost of travelling is very high .Our poor nation can not afford to travel in these trains .Better use this huge amount in other things .Spend this money to produce defence needs be self sufficient .

Till now it was not possible as our Engineers and Scientists were getting salary from two sources. 1) from the Government 2) from foreign companies interested in supplying the material to our country.
