Russian GDP and population is small compared to just those 4 countries.China in South CHina Sea how about Japan starts lifting their army, Australia.US in mean time should lower its spending by 30% and put it in our class D infrastructure and EDUCATION. We call for budget cuts but never military budget cuts this is strange.
