However, if the Japanese government were to take this event and hold it against the US in a negotiation, and let's forget the fact that there is really no political or economic gain in doing so, they would be shooting in their own foot, since other Asian countries will do the same and hold past atrocities by Japan against them. And they would be confronted with the fact, that they were the aggressors in the first place. It wouldn't be in Japan's best interest to use this strategy.

What matters today are today's issues. And it happens that the US and Japan are close allies today, with the US describing Japan as their most important ally in East Asia. And they are both concerned with containing the rising assertiveness of today's China.

it's so funny, Is there America invade Japan first.everyone knew the answer is no. and chinese people live in there house,all of a sudden,a group of japanese break into the house,killed the people,robed the money,and fired thire house, after all of these behavior,they were sentesed to be guilty,and they adimit to being fault,but they said it is just a little misunderstanding,they just break into the house and share a cup of tea with the family,no kill,no rob,no fire. so what do you think?
