Not yet operational. Counter-measures against lasers are relatively easy to implement, but not so against the good ol" fashion wall of lead and tungsten.

From what I understand, it"s harder to shoot down high-g maneuvering, sea-skimming, high-subsonic missiles than supersonic or hypersonic ones.
CIWS is not something you want to depend on - it"s just the last backup. Success rate against real threats is no where near 90%.
